Information stored by LingoLoop

LingoLoop allows you to create words, definitions, and groups used for vocabulary playback. This vocabulary content is stored locally on your device. LingoLoop may also store application preferences locally.

Advertising

LingoLoop uses Google AdMob to display advertising. Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device identifiers, IP address, advertising data, diagnostics, and interaction information in accordance with their own policies and applicable consent choices.

Consent and privacy choices

LingoLoop uses Google's User Messaging Platform where applicable to request or manage advertising consent and privacy choices. The options shown may depend on your region and applicable requirements.

Text-to-speech

LingoLoop uses the text-to-speech engine available on your Android device to speak words and optional definitions. The behavior and data processing of a selected third-party text-to-speech engine may be governed by that engine provider's terms and privacy policy.

Data sharing

LingoLoop does not intentionally upload your vocabulary database to a LingoLoop-operated server. Third-party services used by the app, including advertising services and device text-to-speech providers, may process data as described above.

Data retention and deletion

Your locally stored vocabulary remains on your device until you delete it or remove the application's local data. Advertising-related data is handled according to the policies and retention practices of the relevant third-party providers.

Children

LingoLoop is not specifically designed for or directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

Changes

This policy may be updated when LingoLoop's features or third-party services change. The effective date above will be updated when appropriate.
